Great Society– Take Me To A Circus Tent

Quality Rock & Roll Airplane style.

Welcome to Airplane April:

Hey, it’s Craig on a special Not The Aircast but a 50,000 thank you journey.

Yesterday the Airplaneman’s Blog exceeded the 50,000 view mark. To put it into simple terms, thanks to your support it has almost filled Yankee Stadium with the folks that have taken flight with me. Thanks!!!

This is more than a thank you. As you are aware the entire journey for the Jefferson Airplane book Take Me To A Circus Tent, the website, lectures, Podcast, blog and so on all started when my dad was ill. You were able to help me get away from the pain of seeing dad slip away and finally join mom on the other side of this life.

I have never taken for granted how lucky I am. Hope you’ll enjoy some fun from the vault as I say thanks for the past and look forward to the future.

As the tent plays the tunes you’ll enjoy Tom Constanten from the Grateful Dead and Jefferson Friend making Warren Zevon, Jimi Hendrix, and Bob Dylan come together, Tom and his Jefferson associates playing one the Dead and Hot Tuna made legendary, and as we go into space with Mr. Kantner and band an instrumental version of a song you always dug with lyrics!

Have a safe flight and may you be well always!

Werewolves of London Theme W/All Along The Watchtower lyrics

Tom is now joined by most of the Jefferson’s for:

I Know You Rider (Long version)

We then see on the flight Mr. Kantner with the J.S. Next Generation:

Have You Seen The Saucers > (Portion of Blows Against The Empire Suite)

Sunrise > Have You Seen The Stars Tonight (instrumental) > Starship

Relax and have fun!

Take Me To A Circus Tent

May the music be magic!

I look forward to hearing you later!

The book is Take Me To A Circus Tent (The Jefferson Airplane Flight Manual) W/93 photos, 32 interviews, 543 pages, and a myriad of 5 star reviews!

Please remember at any moment on an Aircast it can be a rare memory from the Jefferson Airplane, Jefferson Starship, KBC, Wooden Ships, Marty Balin, Paul Kantner to name several.  Maybe another picture previously unseen from the Rock Tent Vault sees daylight from Herb Greene or Don Aters.

Please use your ticket to board here for the flight of rock:

Always my best 50,000 times,
